The custom order for spokes was handled very professionally and all aspects of manufacturing the product to my specific design was fulfilled in a very satisfactory manor †    

Delivery： Delayed delivery by more than 3 months.  Quality： The seller is a Trader and not a Factory. Have dealt with this supplier since 2019 and my order this time around was $35,000.00 + ++. The order was for motorcycle Rims. While i ordered T6-6063 rims the supplier outright didnt do his job and shipped dented and damaged product. 1330 out of 1375 pcs order were defective.  Design： Didnt follow instrcutions and barely monitored the production at the factory. Failed SGS inspection.  Service： After the failed SGS inspection he was promised to fix the product and reneged on his word and didnt fix the product. It took 2 long months with Alibaba to get 24.5% refund which the supplier tried his best by denying that this was his product.  For all furtue buyers; you have been warned. Make sure you work with this supplier on DDP basis, get SGS to inspect and provide a report and when you receive delivery make sure to document with videos the unloading of the boxes.
